Product Use Context

These Terms apply to Vault Raid Reels in the context of its app presentation. The theme and interface are part of the app experience and do not create external ownership or transferable rights unless a separate official notice says so.

Use the app only for ordinary personal access and do not interfere with security, availability, advertising, measurement, or support systems.

Eligibility Requirements

Managing Your Account

If you create or use an account in Vault Raid Reels, the following terms apply to you.

Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us at our support team of any breach.

1. Maintaining multiple accounts
2. Sharing account access with third parties
3. Selling or transferring your account
4. Impersonating others

Accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or security concerns. We'll notify you where possible except in emergency situations.

Third-Party Login: You may connect your Vault Raid Reels account to Google Play Games. Your use of those services is subject to Apple's or Google's terms.

License Grant

playads grants you a limited right to use Vault Raid Reels. This section describes exactly what that means.

What We Grant You
Subject to these Terms, playads grants you a:

• Limited license (specific conditions apply)
• Personal license (for your use only, not transferable)
• Non-exclusive license (others can have the same right)
• Revocable license (we can end it if you violate these Terms)

License Restrictions: You may not sublicense, sell, resell, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit Vault Raid Reels or its contents for commercial purposes.

Automatic Updates: Vault Raid Reels may update automatically. Your license includes the right to use updated versions subject to these Terms.

Code of Conduct

Virtual Currency and Virtual Items

Nature of Virtual Assets
Vault Raid Reels may offer virtual currencies, tokens, points, credits, and virtual items (collectively, "Virtual Assets") that may be earned through gameplay or acquired through real-money purchases. Virtual Assets constitute a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use certain features of the Application and do not constitute property, legal tender, or any form of financial asset.

No Real-World Value
Virtual Assets have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for real currency, goods, or services outside of the Application. The Company expressly disclaims any obligation to exchange, purchase, or refund Virtual Assets for real-money value.

Modifications
The Company reserves the right to manage, modify, regulate, control, and/or eliminate Virtual Assets, including their availability, pricing, and functionality, with or without notice, and shall have no liability to users for the exercise of such rights.

Forfeiture
Virtual Assets associated with an account that is terminated for cause will be forfeited without compensation. Virtual Assets may also be forfeited upon extended account inactivity or discontinuation of the Application.

Refunds
Purchases of Virtual Assets are generally final and non-refundable. Where refunds are required by applicable consumer protection law, the Company will honor such requirements upon submission of a valid request to our support team.

Our Intellectual Property Rights

The content, design, and code of Vault Raid Reels are protected by intellectual property law. Here's what that means for you.

What We Own
All content in Vault Raid Reels — including art, animation, audio, music, characters, storylines, code, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to playads and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

What You May Do
You may:

• Share screenshots and videos of your gameplay on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Stream your gameplay on platforms like YouTube or Twitch (subject to platform terms)
• Discuss and review Vault Raid Reels in fan communities

• Sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Vault Raid Reels's content
• Create unauthorized merchandise featuring our characters or art
• Claim ownership of our content
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

If you submit feedback about Vault Raid Reels, you grant playads the right to use it without compensation.

No Warranty

We work hard to make Vault Raid Reels great, but we can't make every guarantee. Here's an honest statement of our warranty limitations.

We provide Vault Raid Reels without any warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We can't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

No Availability Guarantee
We cannot guarantee that Vault Raid Reels will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or external factors may cause service interruptions.

Third-party services and platforms integrated with Vault Raid Reels are subject to their own terms and warranties. playads is not responsible for their performance.

Consumer Laws: If you reside in a jurisdiction that mandates certain implied warranties or consumer protections, those rights are not waived by this Agreement.

How Much We're Liable For

This section limits how much playads can be held responsible for. These limits are common and necessary for any digital service.

No Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, playads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vault Raid Reels, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

If playads is found liable for any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.

Why These Limits Exist: Reasonable liability caps allow us to offer Vault Raid Reels affordably. They are negotiated terms that reflect a fair allocation of risk.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations. In such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

User Indemnification

This section explains your obligation to protect playads from legal claims caused by your use of Vault Raid Reels.

Scope: Your indemnification obligation covers claims resulting from: your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the app, content you submit, and violations of third-party rights or applicable law.

We may choose to handle the defense of indemnified claims ourselves. If we do, you agree to cooperate fully and not to settle the claim without our written consent.

Dispute and Arbitration

playads is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Here's how we do it.

Most disputes can be resolved with a simple conversation. Please email our support team first. If we can't resolve your issue within 30 days, you may proceed to formal dispute resolution.

Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will proceed to binding individual arbitration, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.

Disputes must be brought individually. Class, representative, and collective actions are not permitted under this Agreement.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing our support team with 'Arbitration Opt-Out' in the subject line.

How This Agreement Ends

Your use of Vault Raid Reels can end in several ways. Here's what happens when it does.

Voluntary Termination: Stop using Vault Raid Reels and uninstall it at any time. To permanently delete your account and data, contact our support team.

Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.

After Termination:

• Your license to use Vault Raid Reels ends immediately
• Virtual items and currency in a terminated account are non-refundable
• Sections of these Terms that should survive (like IP rights, indemnification, and dispute resolution) remain in effect

Applicable Jurisdiction

This section tells you which country's laws apply to these Terms and any disputes.

The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where playads is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.

Venue: You agree that any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be filed in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.

EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

Amendment of Terms

This section describes our process for amending these Terms of Service.

How We Notify You
For material changes, we'll display an in-app notice when you next open Vault Raid Reels and update the effective date at the top of this document. For minor updates (like typo fixes), we'll only update the date.

When Changes Apply
Updated Terms take effect on their effective date. Your continued use of Vault Raid Reels after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.

If You Don't Agree
If you disagree with updated Terms, you may stop using Vault Raid Reels before the effective date. You can request account deletion at our support team.

playads's failure to act on any violation of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights. We can enforce these Terms at any time.

Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

Force Majeure: playads is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, or internet infrastructure failures.

Some individuals are sensitive to flashing lights or rapidly changing images and may experience seizures. If you or a family member has a history of photosensitive epilepsy or seizures, please consult a doctor before using this app.

If you experience any of the following while playing Vault Raid Reels: dizziness or lightheadedness, eye strain or blurred vision, uncontrolled eye or muscle movements, loss of awareness, disorientation, or seizure-like symptoms — should any of these symptoms occur, stop playing immediately and seek medical attention.
